1

Initial Consultation & Goal Setting

We’ll start with a meeting to discuss your expectations and goals to ensure that virtual supervision is the right fit for you. During this meeting, we’ll also identify your strengths and areas for growth. A supervision contract will be signed to initiate the process, and we will plan an initial meeting to set clear goals and expectations.

What Is Our Process?

2

Weekly Supervision Meetings

You’ll meet with your supervisor weekly, either by phone or online, at a time that works with your schedule. These meetings will focus on your questions from coursework and key topics from the BACB Task List. Additionally, we’ll work through real-world cases, discussing both clinical and practical needs.

3

Video & Programming Review

To meet BACB requirements for direct supervision, you will submit video samples of your client interactions twice a month for review.

Additionally, you’ll share programming samples for feedback. For local BCBA candidates, in-person observation can also be arranged to provide more hands-on support.
